Our Mission & Vision
Feeding Families Foundation has a revolutionary approach that leverages community, art, culture & strategic partnerships to eliminate hospital food insecurity. Together, we cover the cost of food for caregivers and pediatric patients who are admitted in the hospital.
Artist Michael Pollack helped us grow from a grassroots effort in New Haven into a national movement—connecting industries & cultural moments to make us look cool.
Starting with Modern Apizza, we brought dozens of community restaurants directly to hospital families in their hardest moments.
The Problem & Our Solution
Restaurant-Driven Pipeline
Feeding Families partners with local restaurants to prepare and deliver meals weekly, creating a self-sustaining model that supports both families and the small businesses that serve them.
