These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Feeding Families Foundation (“the Foundation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) located at feedingfamiliesfoundation.org (“the Site”). The Foundation may use thirdparty payment processors, including Donorbox, to facilitate online donations. These thirdparty platforms may have their own terms, privacy practices, and accessibility limitations.

By making a donation through the Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The thirdparty provider processes all payment information

• The Foundation does not store or control donor payment card data

• Donation transactions are subject to the terms and policies of the payment processor

The Foundation is a nonprofit organization; donations may or may not be taxdeductible depending on your jurisdiction. Donors are responsible for verifying deductibility.

4. ThirdParty Links and Services

The Site may contain links to thirdparty websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. The Foundation does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for:
