The New Haven Pizza Club, founded by Michael Pollack, has quickly become a favorite fixture in our local community. Known for celebrating the rich tradition of New Haven’s iconic pizza culture through an art exhibit of prints, paintings, sculptures – along with a 13-foot-tall, 9-ton pizza monument that currently sits at the historic Modern Apizza. New Haven Pizza Club brings together pizza enthusiasts while supporting an important cause along the way. For Feeding Families Foundation, partnering with New Haven Pizza Club was a logical step, as both organizations share a deep commitment to uplifting our community.
For families staying in hospitals caring for their sick child, food is often the last thing on their minds. The stress of caring for a critically ill child can leave parents exhausted, both emotionally and physically. Sadly, parents losing weight or skipping meals is common for many families in the hospital. Feeding Families Foundation provides these families with nourishing meals—so they can focus on what matters most: caring for their child.
Pizza with a Purpose
Through this partnership, New Haven Pizza Club is generously donating proceeds from select pieces of artwork directly to Feeding Families Foundation. Each dollar raised pays for meals for families facing unimaginable circumstances, ensuring that they have one less thing to worry about. So far, $12,000 has been raised for Feeding Families Foundation from sales of New Haven Pizza Club’s art!
